Summer Fish Chowder

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (1 pound) frozen cod fillets
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
2 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon leaf thyme, crumbled
1 can (about 5 ounces) lobster meat

Directions

1 Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in a kettle; add frozen cod, peas, water, salt, pepper and thyme; cover. Heat to boiling, then simmer, breaking cod into large flakes as it thaws, 15 minutes.
2 While fish simmers, drain lobster; remove bony
