Surimi Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Imitation crab 8 Ounce (Surimi)
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon (Acceptable)
  Diced leek 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (White Part Only)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Frozen no salt added kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped thyme 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Rinse surimi and pat dry.
Break into chunks and set aside.
Heat margarine in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add leeks and saute until translucent.
Stir in flour; whisk in milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and surimi and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 additional minutes.
