Cheese And Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, pared and diced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery stalks 3 Large, trimmed and thinly sliced
  Carrots 2 Large, pared and thinly sliced
  Green pepper To Taste, seeded and chopped
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1 Combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, green pepper, water, salt and pepper in a kettle; heat to boiling; cover. Simmer 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
