Surprise Clam Chowder
|Canned diced tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced peeled potato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fully Cooked)|
|Canned minced clams||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Cans, Undrained)|
In a saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add ham and clams; heat through.
