Quick Clam Chowder
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams||16 Ounce, drain and save broth (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Canned clam chowder||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute" onion in margarine until tender, add clams and chowder.
Put clam broth in chowder cans and add enough evaporated milk to fill both cans.
Add to onion mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste; heat.
