Western Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Minced onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Minced green pepper 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sliced celery 125 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Skim milk 625 Milliliter (2.5 Cup)
  Ground sage 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Whole kernel corn 7 Ounce (1 Can, 200 Grams)
Directions

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter or margarine until vegetables are lightly browned.
Stir in flour, then soup, stirring constantly; slowly stir in milk; simmer, stirring often.
Add sage, cayenne, corn; heat to gentle simmer.
Garnish with parsley.
