|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Chicken/Turkey broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned creamed corn||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Potato||1 Medium, peeled and cubed|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cubed turkey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
Spray pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Saute onion until translucent.
Add broth, corn, potato, celery and turkey.
Simmer 20 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add salt, pepper, paprika and ginger.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with parsley.
