Tuna Potato Chowder
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of potato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Water||5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
In saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
Cook onion and green pepper in drippings until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir occasionally.
Garnish with bacon.
