Cape Charles Oyster Chowder
|Frozen condensed oyster stew||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Soup Can)|
|Canned cream of potato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Cooked green beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chopped pimento||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine oyster stew and milk.
Heat until soup is thawed.
Blend in cream of potato soup and water.
Add green beans, parsley and thyme.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with pimento
