Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked crabmeat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flaked
  Mushroom 3 Teaspoon
  Asparagus 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Blend milk, flour, and water thoroughly; pour into saucepan.
Add crabmeat, mushrooms, and asparagus.
Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
Add salt and pepper.
