Slow-Cooked Manhattan Clam Chowder

If you are keeping an eye on your weight, better stay away from this Manhattan Clam Chowder recipe. For those of you who are trying it, here is an incredibly delicious bowl of chowder waiting for you. Njoy!
|Salt pork/Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, diced|
|Carrots||2 , chopped|
|Potatoes||2 Large, peeled and diced|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bay leaf||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Stir ingredients together in crock cooker and cover.
Cook at Low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
Adjust seasoning for salt, pepper, or Tabasco at serving time
