Delicious Corn Chowder

In summer time there is lots of corn and this is a great soup to make in summer. Let’s get right into it.
Ingredients
  Organic heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  White onion 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper To Taste
  Minced zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chipotle pepper 1
  Minced tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Roasted corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Organic)
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh)
Directions

Pour few tablespoon of olive oil in a heated pan. Add some finely minced white onion, 2 cloves minced garlic; add a pinch of kosher salt and some black pepper. Give a stir to the ingredients.

Add ½ cup minced zucchini.

Add some minced chipotle pepper and

¼ cup of minced tomato and add 2 cups roasted corn. Stir.

Add corn starch and 1 cup of organic heavy cream.

Let the dish simmer for 25 minutes.

Reseason with kosher salt. Add a good bit of cilantro.
