Seafood Chowder has a great taste. Seafood Chowder must be tried by seafood lovers. Seafood Chowder is easy to make dish.
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Celery stalks 2 , minced
  Sliced mushrooms 10 Ounce, canned
  Scallops 1 Pound, diced
  Halibut 1 Pound, diced
  Salmon 8 Ounce, diced
  Cod 1 Pound, diced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lobster/Crab bisque / canned fish soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned clams 5 Ounce (In Their Juice)
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)

In a saucepan, melt butter.
Lightly cook onion, celery and mushrooms.
Add fresh fish.
Continue cooking 5 minutes.
Pour in water.
Bring to a boil.
Add bisque, clams in their juice and shrimp.
Bring back to a boil.
Fold in milk.
Continue cooking 5 minutes without boiling.
