Microwaved Clam Chowder

Clam Chowder brings a genuniely unique flavor of the seafood. I found this dish simple and easy to cook and at the same time the result was extremely tasty and filling. The Clam Chowder is clearly something we can easily cook at home.
Ingredients
  Bacon drippings 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Potato 1 Small, peeled and cubed
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
  Canned minced clams 6 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2 quart casserole, combine bacon drippings and onion.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes until onion is tender.
Add potatoes, water, seasoned salt and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 6 minutes, until potatoes are tender; stir after 2 minutes.
Add flour to 1/2 cup milk; stir well to blend.
Add flour mixture, remaining 3/4 cup milk, clams and butter to potatoes and onions.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
