Bean And Vegetable Chowder

  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix/Beef/onion 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped mixed vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Green Beans, Spinach, Zucchini, Etc.)
  Tomato 1 Medium, diced
  Fresh minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Clove 1
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm)
  Bay leaf 1⁄4
  Dried basil/Fresh basil leaf 1 Dash
  Cooked lima beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In large soup kettle, combine all ingredients except cooked lima beans.
Simmer covered about 50 minutes.
Add lima beans and heat a few minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
