Long Island Clam Chowder
|Potato||3 Ounce, peeled and diced (About 1 Medium)|
|Clam juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Half An Envelope)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Cooked minced clams||6 Ounce|
Combine all ingredients except clams in saucepan and simmer until potato and celery are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Add clams and heat thoroughly.
