Long Island Clam Chowder

Ingredients
  Potato 3 Ounce, peeled and diced (About 1 Medium)
  Clam juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Half An Envelope)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked minced clams 6 Ounce
Directions

Combine all ingredients except clams in saucepan and simmer until potato and celery are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Add clams and heat thoroughly.
