Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound, cut into chunks
  Chopped bacon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fish stock/Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced potato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Diced tomato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Fry bacon, onion and celery until tender.
Add fish and tomatoes, stock and potatoes.
Cook until tender
