Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Small, diced
  Sweet spanish onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Clam tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Stewed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Halibut 8 Ounce (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Peach juice concentrate 2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sprinkles 1 Teaspoon (Butter Buds Brand)
  Cardamom 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Simmer everything together except the halibut. Add water, if necessary.
2. When potatoes are tender, add halibut. Cover and simmer until fish is cooked.
3. Sprinkle with parsley.
