Loin Chop

p>A pork or lamb cutting from the back side is known as loin chop. Comprises of two main muscles like tenderloin and loin, these loin chops are also called as porterhouse in the grilling websites. Moreover, they are also known as T bone pork because are actually a T bone shaped muscle steak cut from the cow.
