Lemon Herb Pork Chops

  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 6

Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish; stir well.
Add pork chops.
Cover and marinate 12 hours in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally.
Remove pork chops from marinade, reserving marinade.
Grill over hot coals 30 minutes on each side or until well done, basting chops with marinade.
