Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 6 , 1 inch thick
Directions

MAKING
1 In a shallow dish, combine the first 7 ingredients.
2 Stir well.
3 Add in pork chops.
4 Cover and allow to marinate for 12 hours in refrigerator.
5 Turn the meat occasionally.
6 Remove the pork chops from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
7 Grill over hot coals for 30 minutes on each side or until well done.
8 Baste the chops with marinade while grilling.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
