Honey Basted Pork Chops Or Steaks

For marinade-baste
  Tomato catsup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Clear honey 2 Tablespoon, warmed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
For meat
  Pork chops/Steaks 4 , trimmed
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Heat gently, stirring, until blended.
3. Rub meat with salt and pepper, then place it in a shallow glass, ceramic or pottery dish.
4. Pour the marinade over. Leave for 1 hour, turning once.
5. Cook the meat on the barbecue, using the marinade as a baste. The time will depend on the thickness of the meat.
Also a good way to cook lamb chops or steaks.
