Herbed Tomato Pork Chops And Stuffing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Boneless pork chops 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Stuffing Mix For Chicken In The Canister)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce, divided
Directions

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides.
STIR in tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, oregano and ground pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops from skillet.
STIR Stuffing Mix Pouch and 1/2 cup of the cheese into skillet. Return chops to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
