Lemon Honey Pork Chop

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops 8 Ounce (1/2 Inch Thick, 2 Chops Of 4 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (Small Clove)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Thin lemon slices 2
Directions

Place pork chops in 8 x 8 X 2-inch dish, with thickest parts to outside edges.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix 2 tablespoons water, the honey, lemon peel, lemon juice, parsley and garlic; pour over pork.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on medium (50%) 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/4 turn.
Microwave, rotating casserole 1/4 turn every 3 minutes, until pork is done, 12 to 15 minutes longer.
Remove pork to warm plates.
Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; stir into mixture in dish.
Cover tightly and microwave until mixture thickens and boils, 1 to 2 minutes.
Spoon sauce over pork.
Garnish with lemon slices.
