Honey Lime Pork Chops
|Savory herb with garlic or onion soup mix||2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger/1/4 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork chops||4 (1 1/2 Inches Thick)|
In 13x9-inch glass baking dish, blend all ingredients except pork chops.
Add chops and turn to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning chops occasionally, at least 2 hours.
Remove chops, reserving marinade.
Grill or broil chops, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until done.
