Heavenly Chocolate CrÃ¨me
|Semi-sweet chocolate square||6 , broken|
|Sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Milk||175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
Combine chocolate pieces, sugar, salt, egg and vanilla in a blender.
Heat milk until scalded over low heat and pour into the blender.
Cover and blend on high speed for a minute or until' chocolate melts.
Pour into six small serving dishes and chill 3 hours or until firm.
