Peppermint Chocolate Frozen Dessert
|Chocolate wafer crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Whipped dessert topping mix||2 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Coarsely crushed peppermint stick candy||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Turn crumbs into a bowl.
Blend in confectioners' sugar and butter.
Using the back of a spoon, press crumb mixture firmly into an even layer on the bottom of an 8x8x2-inch pan.
Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions, using 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Fold in peppermint candy and marshmallows.
Turn into prepared pan and spread evenly to corners.
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
