Rum Balls

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate square 2 , melted
  Corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 50 Milliliter)
  Icing sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (About 50 Milliliter)
  Rum 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (About 75 Milliliter)
  Finely crushed vanilla wafers 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), finely crushed (About 625 Milliliter)
  Finely chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 250 Milliliter)
  Seedless jam/2 tablespoon jelly 30 Milliliter
  Chocolate candy trim 11 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Mix melted chocolate, syrup, sugar and rum together.
Blend in wafer crumbs, nuts and jam or jelly.
Mix thoroughly; allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Shape mixture, a level teaspoonful at a time, into small balls.
Roll in candy trims.
Allow to ripen for about 3 days in a covered container.
