Hazelnut And Chocolate Gateau

Ingredients
  Milk chocolate 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Apricot preserve 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Ground hazelnuts 3 Ounce
  Cornstarch 1 Ounce (Corn Flour)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Crme Fraiche)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon (For Greasing)
  Semi-sweet chocolate 3 1⁄2 Ounce (Plain)
  Creme de cacao liqueur 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Break the milk chocolate into pieces and put in a small bowl with 2 (1) tablespoons of water.
Melt in the microwave oven for 1 minute on HIGH.
Put the apricot preserve, eggs, ground hazelnuts and cornstarch (cornflour) into the goblet of a food processor.
Puree until the mixture is smooth.
Pour over the melted chocolate, add the sour cream (creme fraiche) and mix thoroughly.
Grease a souffle mold (mould) 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter and pour in the mixture.
Micro wave, uncovered, on HIGH for 12 minutes.
Leave the gateau to stand for 10 minutes.
Turn out on to a wire rack and leave to cool.
Prepare the frosting (icing).
Break the semisweet (plain) chocolate into pieces and put in a small bowl with the creme de cacao.
Melt in the microwave oven for 1 minute on HIGH.
Mix, pour the chocolate over the gateau and smooth with a metal spatula.
