Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (No Substitute, 1 Stick)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Confectioner's sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely chopped pecans/Finely chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Graham crackers 6 (Like Cinnamon, Honey, Or Chocolate)
  Vanilla wafers 6
Directions

Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
Add the confectioners' sugar and brown sugar gradually, beating just until blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Chill, covered, for 2 hours.
Place on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, roll the ball in chopped nuts.
