Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (No Substitute, 1 Stick)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Confectioner's sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate chips||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pecans/Finely chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Graham crackers||6 (Like Cinnamon, Honey, Or Chocolate)|
Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
Add the confectioners' sugar and brown sugar gradually, beating just until blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Chill, covered, for 2 hours.
Place on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, roll the ball in chopped nuts.
