Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Heavy cream 1 Pint, whipped
Directions

Combine sugar, juice and eggs in double boiler.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream; spread over salad.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
