|Semi-sweet chocolate squares/1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces||2|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce, chilled icy cold (2/3 Cup)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In double boiler heat marshmallows, chocolate, water, and salt, stirring frequently, until smooth.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Chill till slightly thick.
Whip evaporated milk until stiff; fold in marshmallow mixture.
Pour into 1quart refrigerator tray, sprinkle crumbs' over top.
Cut in 6 servings
