White Chocolate Panna Cotta With Raspberry Coulis

Markattwood is making a delicious White Chocolate Panacotta, join him in his kitchen to see how he prepares the White Chocolate Panacotta.
Ingredients
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Liter
  Sugar 25 Tablespoon
  Full cream milk 2 Liter
  Vanilla 1 Drop
  Gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Melted white chocolate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a casserole put water and swing it out. In a bowl, add the whipped cream, milk, sugar, a drop of vanilla, blend well and pour into the casserole. Rapidly bring to a boil. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin leafs in water, squeeze out the water and add to the melted white chocolate; blend well and stir into the boiled cream mixture.

As far as I know panacotta is not American. It is an Italian dessert.. I do love this recipe..its simple and sweet and absolutely gorgeous!!
