Chocolate Chip Bars
|Margarine||6 Tablespoon, softened|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 Large|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375Â°.
Cream margarine and sugars at medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy.
Add egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate minichips.
Press cookie dough into bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375Â° for 10 minutes.
Let cool in pan.
