Try this Cinnamon Hot Chocolate. An easily prepared American beverage, Cinnamon Hot Chocolate is a chocolate drink that you will always love to include in your beverage menu.
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dutch process cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee powder 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Combine sugar, cocoa, coffee powder, ground cinnamon, and milk in a large bowl, stirring well.
Cover with heavy-duty plasric wrap and microwave at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 4 minutes.
Ladle chocolate into mugs; serve hot.
