Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
|Dutch process cocoa||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant coffee powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Combine sugar, cocoa, coffee powder, ground cinnamon, and milk in a large bowl, stirring well.
Cover with heavy-duty plasric wrap and microwave at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 4 minutes.
Ladle chocolate into mugs; add 1 stick cinnamon to each, and serve immediately.
