Basic Hot Chocolate
|Dutch process cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wafer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine cocoa and sugar in a large sauce-pan, stir until well blended.
Stir in water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring constantly, until cocoa and sugar dissolve.
Reduce heat to low, and add milk; cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into mugs, and serve immediately.
