|Unsweetened chocolate squares||2|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a jelly roll pan, 15 X 10 X 1 inch.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, sugar, flour, salt, eggs and vanilla and beat together until well blended.
Pour into jelly roll pan and spread as evenly as possible with a spatula or rubber scraper.
Sprinkle walnuts over top.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool 2 minutes then cut in squares or bars.
Lift out of pan carefully and cool on cake racks.
