Easy Chocolate Log

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. In the pan, melt the butter and add, in layers, the chopped nuts, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add sugar. Beat two minutes. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and soda, and add to the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla, and pour cake mixture evenly over the mixture in the pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle surface of cake with powdered sugar. Cover with a towel; place cookie sheet over towel and invert. Remove pan and foil. Starting with the end, roll up as for a jelly roll, being careful not to roll towel with cake. Leave wrapped in towel until completely cool. Slice in 1/2-inch slices to serve.
