Chocolate Chip Melt A Ways

  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 12 Ounce

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
Combine flour, soda, cream of tartar, and salt; add to butter mixture.
Beat until smooth; stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool cookies on wire racks.
