1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
1. In a saucepan, boil water and place a bowl over it.
2. Into the bowl, add in butter, dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Melt the chocolate while whisking continuously.
3. Take off the chocolate from the heat and add in the frosted flakes and potato chips. Mix thoroughly.
4. Place the mixture into the cupcake liners and garnish with desiccated coconut. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
