Guilt-Free Homemade Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
  Bitter chocolate 100 Gram
  Coconut palm nectar 4 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Xylitol 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a double boiler, melt bitter chocolate.
2. Add xylitol and coconut palm nectar to it. Keep stirring it.
3. On a plate lined with wax paper, place the melted chocolate and spread it evenly.
4. Cut pieces from the chocolate and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

SERVING
5. Serve it with juice!
