This delicious smoothie can be adjusted to suit your needs in that stage your at right now or to share with others.
Ingredients
  Fresh baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen banana 1 Large
  Chia seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Maca powder 1 Teaspoon
  Honey/Agave 2 Teaspoon
  Raw cacao powder 1 Tabelspoon
  Almond milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender jar, put together all ingredients.

SERVING
2. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
