Chocolate Cream Lolly
|Drinking chocolate||6 Teaspoon (3 heaped teaspoons)|
|Boiling water||1 Teaspoon|
|Single cream||3 Tablespoon|
1. Measure the chocolate into a glass measuring glass and then add the boiling water and mix well.
2. Pour in the milk, followed by the cream and add the rest of the milk to make 1/3 pint.
3. Tip in the molds and freeze to set.
4. Place in freezing compartment to set.
5. Serve cold
