Chocolate Raspberry Lolly

Ingredients
  Drinking chocolate 6 Teaspoon (3 heaped teaspoons)
  Boiling water 1 Teaspoon
  Raspberry syrup 1 Teaspoon (for milk shake)
  Milk 1⁄3 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. Pour the required amount of drinking chocolate into a measure and then add boiling water to the pan to make it melt.
2. Pour a little milk in to the measure and add raspberry syrup. Stir well to mix. Pour in the rest of the 1/3 pint with the milk.
3. Pour the mixture into the moulds and freeze to set

SERVING
4. Unmould and serve chilled or wrap in foil for storage.
