Chocolate Raspberry Lolly
|Drinking chocolate||6 Teaspoon (3 heaped teaspoons)|
|Boiling water||1 Teaspoon|
|Raspberry syrup||1 Teaspoon (for milk shake)|
1. Pour the required amount of drinking chocolate into a measure and then add boiling water to the pan to make it melt.
2. Pour a little milk in to the measure and add raspberry syrup. Stir well to mix. Pour in the rest of the 1/3 pint with the milk.
3. Pour the mixture into the moulds and freeze to set
4. Unmould and serve chilled or wrap in foil for storage.
