Simple Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate bits 8 Ounce
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Rum flavoring/Vanilla flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 4
  Egg whites 4
  Heavy whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small pan, melt the chocolate and water together.
2 Stir in the rum flavoring and butter.
3 Blend in the egg yolks, one at a time.
4 In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
5 Gradually fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites with a rubber spatula.
6 Mix well and, pour into small pots or a glass bowl.
7 Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

SERVING
8 Decorate with a rosette of whipped cream piped on top.
