Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
1. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°
3. In a large pan, combine the butter and peanut butter till nice and smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar and then add the eggs one at a time while beating continuously. You should have a smooth yellow creamy mix.
4. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt till combined and then add to the creamed mixture, stirring well.
Pour in the vanilla and the chocolate morsels and beat well and pour in to the greased tin. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and then set aside to cool and cut into squares.
5. Serve as a snack
