Baked Homemade Eggless Chocolate Cake
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Juice of lemon||1 Tablespoon|
|Condensed milk||14 Ounce|
|Cocoa powder||4 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Take milk and sugar in a deep bowl and whisk together till all sugar gets dissolved with milk.
Now sieve maida, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cocoa in wet milk and sugar mixture and combine it well.
Add vanilla essence, mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Transfer mixture in to 8 inch greased tray.
Bake on 350 deg fahrenheit for 30 mts.
Heat sauce pan on medium heat and add butter, condensed milk and sieve cocoa powder in it.
Continue to cook for 7 to 8 minutes stirring continuously.
Once it becomes thick add vanilla essence, mix well. Frosting is ready.
Spread frosting all over cake evenly. You may add some water to frosting to make it easy to work on. You may also deep knife in cold water, this will help to spread frosting easily.
Top up with some powdered sugar, some chocolate chips, fruits, candy or just keep it plane.
