Chocolate Topped Strawberries
|Lowfat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||8 Ounce (1/2 Carton)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||1 Quart, washed, hulled and chilled|
1) Take low-fat sour cream, low-fat vanilla yogurt, sugar and
unsweetened cocoa in a bowl. Mix them well and keep in the freezer to make them chill.
2) Take four strawberries and divide them into four equal dishes.
3) Pour the chilled mixture over each serving of strawberries.
4) Before serving, garnish with the remaining strawberries.
