Chocolate Coconut Crunchers
|German chocolate cake mix package||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 package, Pillsbury Moist Supreme)|
|Margarine/Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Corn flakes cereal/Other cereal flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
|Rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 package, 1 cup)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°Fahrenheit.
2 In a large bowl, add cake mix, margarine and eggs, stir to mix well.
3 Add in the coconut, walnuts, corn flakes, rolled oats and chocolate chips; mix well.
4 Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart .
5 With a glass dipped in sugar, flatten slightly.
6 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
7 Allow to cool for 1 minute.
8 Carefully remove from the cookie sheets.
9 Serve as desired.
