Chocolate Chip Cream Cookies

Ingredients
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate bits 12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375°

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, sift in all of the dry ingredients and mix well
3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar and mix well
4. Add the eggs and the vanilla to the pan and mix well
5. Mix the sifted dry ingredients with the wet ingredients while alternating with the sour cream and mix well again.
6. Add the chopped nuts, chocolates and blend again
7. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture on to a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes till done
8. Remove from oven and set aside to cool on a wire rack

SERVING
9. Serve at room temperature
